Matcha Green Tea Energy Bites

They’re easy to make – requiring just a few minutes to whip up and the result is a delicious combo of coconut and green tea taste in an effort to come up with a gentle enhance of strength each time you need it! Matcha green Tea energy Bites are a great mid-afternoon snack once I’m beginning to pull. Or after dinner. (simply don’t eat them too past due or you might be mendacity unsleeping in bed later! as a minimum that’s how i'm and that i’m quite touchy to some thing with caffeine.)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 4 Tbsp almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup, more or less to taste
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp matcha green tea

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend everything together in a food processor.
  2. Shape into 1″ balls and enjoy!
