Dulce de Leche Tiramisu

  1. Approximately 12 Vanilla
  2. 200 gr. of classic dulce de leche
  3. 500 gr. of mascarpone cheese
  4. 500 gr. of dulce de leche pastry
  5. 1 splash of coffee liqueur
  6. 1 cup espresso
  7. Cocoa powder
  8. 200 ml of whipped cream


  1. Mix in a bowl the mascarpone cheese and the dulce de leche pastry.
  2. Add the whipped cream with enveloping movements.
  3. Reserve.
  4. Cut the vanilla in half and fill with classic dulce de leche.
  5. Pass them through a mixture of coffee and espresso liquor and form the first layer.
  6. Add a layer of the mixture of mascarpone and dulce de leche.
  7. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  8. Repeat until filling the chosen mold.
  9. Take to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
