INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package brownie mix (for 9x13 pan)
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts
- 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Mix brownies according to the package directions and bake in the prepared dish for 20-25 minutes, or as directed on brownie directions. Remove from oven and top with the peanuts, peanut butter cups and marshmallows. Return to the oven and bake at 350 degrees for an additional 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows puff and brown and the chocolate begins to melt.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute and stir until creamy. Add the Rice Krispies and stir until completely coated. Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture evenly over top of the brownies. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting into squares and serving.
