CREAMY SWISS CHICKEN BAKE #chicken #chickenrecipes #eating

INGREDIENTS

1. 4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts
2. 6-8 slices swiss cheese (Mozzarella works too)
3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
4. 1/2 cup sour cream
5. 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese divided
6. 1/2 tsp salt
7. 1/2 tsp pepper
8. 1 tsp garlic powder
9. Cooked Rice to serve over (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Pat chicken dry and place in a greased 9x13 pan.
3. Add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts.
4. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spread this over chicken and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake for 1 hour. Serve over rice if desired or serve alone.
